Drantinian Copper
A highly valuable and coveted building material. It can be turned into currency in most systems that have a civilized infrastructure.

Null Space Transit (NST)
A form of faster than light travel that transitions the ship into Null Space. The laws of physics are different in this dimension however a bubble of normal space is maintained inside the ship. This allows the ship to travel at speeds faster than light because light as we know it in normal space doesn’t exist and neither does the limitation of traveling FTL. There are also no obstacles in Null Space which means that a direct route can be taken without accounting for planets, systems, etc.

Weapons

Disruptor
A laser based weapon that disrupts neural activity, killing the subject. It also causes a psychical burn and can destroy flesh depending on the level of power used.  At a lower level can be used to knock someone out but should be considered “less lethal” at this level as opposed to non-lethal.

Destabilizer
A beam based weapon that causes the bonds between atoms to breakdown at the molecular level. This causes a subject that has been hit with enough of the beams energy to turn to a molecular “dust”. The atoms are left inert in the process. It often has an adjustment setting for the length of the beam fired. It is often used at a setting much like a medium to long laser bolt. Sometimes it is also used while set to fire small length beams at a higher speed when defending against many attackers.

Places

Relantia
A moon that is a hub of trading in Relas system. It orbits Relas IV and has been terraformed to sustain carbon based humanoid life.

Creatures

Changelings
Reptile creatures that reproduce in batches. These hatchlings must work as a team or pack to earn their right to be called adults. Once they are adults they are allowed to learn how to change shape. They cannot change into anything but may reshape the scales on their body to allow them to perform many tasks that their hands are not suited for. Many of their people operate as assassins but they are also well suited for various professions.

Norelli
A species of high intelligence and memory abilities. They are extremely fond of protocol and order. They have a particular beauty that is coveted in many places; however, their intellectual level makes them often avoid work that exploits this.
